Our lawful bases
We rely on your consent for marketing communications and for processing health-related information, on the performance of a contract to deliver services you book, and on our legitimate interests to run and improve our service. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted providers who help us operate, including our scheduling and payments partner (Cal.com) and its payment provider (Stripe), and video and email tools used to deliver sessions. These providers act on our instructions under their own data protection obligations. We never sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and to meet professional indemnity and legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
