About our service

ZuricareUK provides educational and supportive maternal health services delivered virtually. Our support is designed to inform and empower you — it does not replace care from your midwife, GP, hospital or other local healthcare provider.

Not emergency or clinical care

We do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide emergency or clinical care. If you have an urgent concern about your health or your baby’s health, contact your local emergency or maternity services immediately.

Bookings and eligibility

• You must be 18 or over to book sessions or purchase from us.
• Bookings are made through our scheduling partner and confirmed by email.
• Please provide accurate information so we can support you appropriately.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Paid bookings are taken securely by card at the time of booking through our scheduling partner Cal.com and its payment provider. Access to paid sessions, courses or memberships is granted once payment is confirmed.

Cancellations and refunds

• You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before it starts for a full credit or refund.
• Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be refundable.
• Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by law.
• Memberships can be cancelled at any time and stop at the next renewal.

Digital content and intellectual property

Guides, templates, courses and other materials are for your personal use only and remain our intellectual property. You may not resell or redistribute them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please treat our team and community with respect, and use our services lawfully. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
